shit don't ever watch scary movies before sleeping. watched the exorcism of emily rose last night and i couldn't sleep in peace. i was so frightened i didn't dare to move and woke up with muscle ache! goodness but it's super scary lah.

anyhow i've been such a pig lately and i'm seriously getting scared when i find myself adopting habits that are usually associated with pink snorting creatures. rah i shall run later so that i actually move. goodness!

off to run. one of my last runs in east coast. sigh. all good things come to an end. what about all bad things ah? ok rubbish huayshan stop talking rubbish. rah i seriously feel like life is purposeless now!!
