end of the week

this week has been good! rather busy though!

managed to catch shrek 3 this week. i thought it wasn't as good as the first 2 installments. It seems like this was made for the sake of making a 3rd movie. Sure, there were funny moments but there's no magic, if you know what i mean. though i must admit pinochio is hilarious!! :) especially with his little speech. heh!

been studying in school lately. i think it's been pretty productive. thanks to my mugging buddies mu, mao, jen and zee :) thanks guys for the wonderful times spent together :) it's been great spending time with you guys and doing all the silly things together :) haha! like pranking bao? haha! hilarious :) so thanks a lot! i don't think i'll be productive if i didn't study with you guys :)

oh yes, we had team lunch at balcony on monday too :) it was really fun! :) :) and the food was pretty good too! quite worth it might i add :) the swings were really fun! haha :) happy birthday nat and xp! hope you guys liked the presents we picked out for you! :)

managed to catch street fest too! i thought queenie's performance was superb! :) too bad the stage was too small so they looked really cramped in that tiny space. yes, stan, your performance was good too :) although pretty disturbing? haha! great seeing you anyway!

also watched the junior's match :) it was good! they won everything :) i thought it was a good accomplishment because they played against strong teams. looking at them play made me feel sad because i wasn't on the field playing :( i'm sure all the seniors felt the same way too! i really hope we can resume training soon! i miss it plenty :( and anyway, i think the juniors are a great bunch with plenty of potential. they're fast and i can see the desire in them to win every ball and not to let people through their defence. their team dynamics are good too :) i'm really so proud of them for coming this far. i think if they keep up the good work and keep improving, they'll achieve great things :) that's really heart warming! :)

but the highlight of the week was catching up with chang :) thank you so much girl! thanks for listening to my ranting and the looooonnggg walk from esplanade to cine :) i really enjoy spending time with you and i'm glad we got the chance to talk everything out. i know that i feel much better now :) i hope you do to! haha still pretty disturbed by the german guy? haha! he was really freaky! showing us pictures of his trip and all. yikes. thank god we managed to ditch him aye? :) anyway, catch up soon and take care!! :)

alright, that was my hectic week! i thought today's study session with mu was really productive! i need more of such sessions. too bad this week won't be productive :/ aye, i'm pretty excited about my trip! can't wait to catch up with all my cousins whom i haven't seen in ages! i can't wait for tomorrow's dinner! mark's cooking! so i expect it to be good! haha :) vietnamese food on sunday! shiok :) can't wait! :) alright, leaving in about an hour's time. see you guys! :)
