hello it's been ages since i've updated so i'll make this long. haha.
firstly, the week has been not bad. unlike most other schools, nj has no games this whole week. instead, all of us were subjected to mock lectures and talks to get us used to the jc curriculum. i think it's quite a good idea as i have a better understanding of what is to come even though it's not good. for example, the physics syllabus has like a million topics! ahh! that aside, other subjects are the same. congratulations to myself. haha.
alright. on to my og. well, they're definitely something. very different from ij but wonderful nonetheless. even though this is only the first week, so many things have happened. i've picked a fight with, yes, a guy, got into trouble, been almost late for school, fell sick (still am). made new friends, teased people, and found some pretty girls. pretty good eh? well, most of the activities are self explanatory. haha. i think the fight was quite interesting. it wasn't really a fight but quite a lot of people were staring at us. the worst thing was, i didn't even know the guy! he was a friend's friend and being myself, i have to defend her when she is getting thrashed verbally by a guy. so. i decide to do just that and engage in a fiery argument with the guy. it was pretty intense but i won cos i was right all along! ha! loser.
my og. well, what can i say? we only became closer on thursday night when we went for dinner at macs and got ourselves into trouble. it was a fun filled night as forfeights were galore and games too! my og was the quietest as we were mainly talking and telling ghost stories. haha! it was actually quite funny! but, we got into the most trouble as we stayed while the other groups ran off. i'm not sure whether our ogls got scolding. hopefully not! all of us felt bad. but i didn't stay very long as i was tired and down with cold and fever. what a way to start the year! haha. still, i like my og and it's sad that we'll be in classes for the rest of the orientation. oh well, one has to move on! hopefully, i'll have many friends in the class /:
mass dance was horrid! i can't dance for nuts and i don't quite like it. especially when the girls have to pretend to be in awe when the guys do floor work. discrimination please!!! if we have to do it again, my friends and i have decided to swap roles with the guys. heh heh. that's gonna be fun (:
well, i went back to the ij today for the tour of the new campus. classrooms are wonderful but it's too cramped. moreover, i prefer thompson so, i didn't stay long with chang. charmaine. felz and adel. i really miss them a lot! especially insulting charmaine! haha, we did just that today (: oh man, i really miss them. not felz though, cos she's in my og. haha!
so, that's my week, i have to go sleep now so that i'll recover from this horrid cold. i'm sorry about the tag, i'll repair it next week cos my com's screwed. so i'll wait for my new com to fix it yeah? continue to tag though, since it seems possible! take care huay shan! have fun in vj. oh man, i realise i can't pon monday cos it's start of orientation :( oh well, i'll pon during chinese new year then. sorry, just a random thought. btw yvonne, why are we gay? haha. cheers all!
