touch oasis

well, touch oasis is finally over and i've emerged sunburnt, scarred and shagged.
this was certainly an experience which i'd never forget, simply because it gave us exposure and it brought pain and joy simultaneously. amazing how such contrasting feelings can be intertwined.
joy is pushing to the limits and surviving, having a wonderful team :) , playing touch in the sun. pain, on the other hand, came in the form of diving onto rocky terrain, getting scarred and worst of all, having the try not counted. pain is also the results of the competition. but we did give it our best (somewhat) and at least now we know which areas to work on. so now, it's time to train even harder and improve on these areas so that we will emerge stronger and improved for the next tournament. we can do this.
special thanks to mu and mao :) you guys have really been encouraging and supportive and i definitely will not be where i am today without you guys :) thank you so much! not only for being fantastic teammates but also very wonderful friends :) you guys played really well during touch oasis :) great job! :) love love!
alright, it's now time to rush the homework before i leave. i simply can't wait to get over to san fransisco! food galore and shopping till i drop :) :)
